Corrugated Base Material
Corrugated materials are available in solid-core aluminum and perforated aluminum. Combining the color and pattern with the corrugated form creates a distinguished look only available at Móz Designs. The wavy corrugated panel can be used in almost any decorative application. Fabrication capabilities can be limited. Our corrugated materials are available with both sides finished.
- Standard product available in 2 sizes: 34 1/2" gross width, 32" net width cover X 96" or 120" length sheets or 44 ˝" gross width, 42" net width cover
- Distance from peak to peak is 2 3/4" and peak height is 1/2"
- Standard aluminum sheet is .040" thick. Material specification is 5052 / ASTM B209
- Aluminum sheets are 80% post-industrial recycled material contributing to LEED 2.0 MR Credit 4 recycled content
- Custom sizes are available, contact factory for more information
- Corrugated materials are not post-formable by others
- Not available in stainless steel material
- There are a limited number of colors and patterns available with our corrugated material
