Each of Móz protective finishes has its own unique properties in terms of gloss, texture, durability, resistance to chemicals, etc. Some of the finishes require edge treatments that can be done at our factory or in the field. PolyCoat - Gloss or Satin
A high gloss or satin automotive-grade topcoat able to withstand normal wear-and-tear.
Applications: Great for bar fronts, reception desks and other high traffic areas.
DuraFilm† - Gloss or Satin
A high gloss or satin surface coating that acts as a barrier for painted finishes and is ideal for public and high-traffic areas where scuffing or graffiti is a concern.
Applications: Wall panels in public areas such as airports, mass transit, and theatres.
TuffCoat† - Textured Matte
A matte, textured surface coating that acts as a barrier for painted finishes. High scratch resistance makes it suitable for horizontal surfaces and high-traffic areas.
Applications: Wall panels in public areas such as airports, mass transit, and theatres.
Exterior
Available in most colors. Production processes vary depending on exact exterior placements and elements such as direct exposure to sun, climate, or regional location.
Applications: Signage, canopies and column covers.
Móz Metals are painted metal. It is not recommended to form/curve Móz metals beyond a 2' radius. All bending/forming, beyond this tolerance, must be done by the factory prior to the application of Móz colors and patterns. Visit our Products section to see how we utilize our in-house fabrication shop to provide you with pre-finished architectural products ready to install.
For added durability ask about Moz patterns applied to Stainless Steel base material. Móz line of Tabletops come with a hardened epoxy resin and do not apply to these finish options.
