Move away from cold stainless steel interiors to the warmth and excitement of Móz Metals. Our unique, almost holographic, metals create an inviting atmosphere.
Aluminum or Stainless
Combining our solid core materials with TuffCoat or DuraFilm finishes create a barrier that is more resilient than stainless steel. Stainless steel provides greater impact strength while aluminum contributes to GREEN requirements.

Product Features
Our product features include reveals, base plates, custom control panels, door fronts, jambs and interlocking wall panels for easy installation. Aluminum is an excellent choice when overlaying existing paneling during a modernization project as it will ad a minimum amount of weight to the elevator.
- Available in both Aluminum .040” minimum and stainless steel (.036” thick). Both materials are available in all 16 colors and 12 patterns from Móz
- Bump n’ Grind embossed tiles available in 12” and 16” square tiles
- Three different Interior Panel designs are available: EL100 Vertical panels, EL 200 Square panels, EL300 Horizontal Panes above the handrail, other material below
- TuffCoat or DuraFilm finishes are recommended on the interior of your elevator, both are easily cleaned with ammonia based products and are graffiti resistant
- Our panel designs are adjustable for cab shells that are out of square
- An expert Project Manager will oversee the entire project from inspiration to installation
- Our project managers perform a field study review to address field conditions, we communicate with the GC’s directly to ensure easy installation and no surprises

Q: Why do you offer aluminum and stainless Steel, most elevators are stainless right?
A: We offer aluminum because it meets today’s needs; it’s recyclable and contributes to LEED points. It’s a lightweight alterative that allows you to modernize your elevator interior without adding the tremendous additional cost and weight of stainless. Stainless is always an option with all the colors and pattern of Moz metals.
Q: Does your colored stainless steel look the same as your colored aluminum?
A: Sometimes the stainless steel materials look a little darker than the aluminum samples displayed on our website. Stainless adds more rich color tone while maintaining the patterns and depth of our metals.
Q: Can I mix and match colors for a truly different look?
A: Yes, you can choose any of the 16 colors and 12 patterns available or create your own signature look. Panels can be different colors to enhance your elevator interior.
Q: Where should I use you special finishes?
A: TuffCoat and Durafilm are extremely tough finishes that stand up to abuse. They are recommended for your entire elevator interior.
Q: Can I use different materials for base plates, doors and wall panels?
A: Yes, our materials are interchangeable. For example, you can use stainless steel for your base plate and aluminum for your wall panels.
