The Fogo (fire) tower is the heart of our concept. To accentuate the display rotisserie and flames, we wrapped solid-core Móz aluminum panels in Electric Red in a swirling pattern around a stainless steel shroud that covers the exhaust hood located above the display rotisserie. The Móz metal panels are held off the stainless steel shroud 4” to further strengthen the illusion of floating flames. The Waterfall pattern of the panels provides the texture.
